Shipping, Returns and Pre Order information

SHIPPING

We ship Australia wide for a flat rate of $9.95 this excludes larger bulkier items.

Free Shipping for all orders over $250 this also excludes larger bulkier items.

We take care in packaging your orders for safe arrival.

Please note if you have made a pre-order and ordered something that's also in stock it will be all sent in one package when the pre-order items arrive. However if you want the in stock item beforehand you will have to order in stock items in one order and pre-order items in another order.

We are a one person team so we ship on Wednesday and Thursdays so please give us a 4-7 turn around timeframe.

We ship pre orders once receiving the shipments in Sept, Oct or November or early December we try and keep you updated on our socials so please keep checking in on there for ETAs or send a message please be patient.

If you are after in stock items you will see them in out in stock item tab on the website please be patient as some of these items are made to order and can have a 1-2 week turn around timeframe.

Most of our pre order items close near Christmas time the only pre orders we keep open in November/ December and January are for our Easter stock.

Santa letters will start being sent out in November so if you order before this please keep this in mind.

We send via Australian Post so as soon as you receive the tracking details via email or text message please allow between 3-7 days for your parcel to arrive to you.

LOCAL PICKUP is available so please make sure at checkout you select the LOCAL PICKUP option, we will contact you when your items are ready to collect.

Yes we can send Internationally but please email us to let us know what you want to purchase or screenshot the cart so we can see how much we can charge you for international shipping. If you go ahead with the order we will make a custom listing for you on the website.

RETURNS

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please ensure you choose carefully and read descriptions and our terms and conditions.

However if you feel your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with an image as proof of the damaged or faulty item and we will assess as necessary and we can either exchange or refund.

PRE-ORDERS

Please understand that pre-orders are not readily available and the items you pre-order will be shipped to you as soon as we receive our shipment from our suppliers.

In some instances some pre-orders may be cancelled due to the suppliers stock or etc., if this is the case you will be notified by email immediately and a refund will be offered.

If you order a pre-order and in stock item, they will be shipped together once the pre-order items have arrived.

Please be patient with our pre order items, we will NOT offer a refund for pre order items if you've agreed to our terms and conditions the only time we will offer a refund is if 1. The items are unavailable from our supplier 2. If they are Christmas items and they don't arrive to us by December 12th we will refund you or offer a store credit we will email you to see what you'd like to do first

Easter Pre-orders are arriving to us Feb-March so please note that they will not be sent to you until they arrive to us.

The items are unavailable from our supplier 2. If its Easter items that don't arrive to us by the 5th of April we will refund you or offer a store credit we will email you to see what you'd like to do first

Please note that we have put some Bethany Lowe into our in stock album as it is on its way to us please understand by adding anything Bethany Lowe (in our in stock album) to your cart that you understand that it is still on its way to us and we will ship out as soon as it arrives so when you tick the box at the checkout you agree and understand this
